Which app made Obama and Leslie Knope's images distinctive?

    My favorite camera app PowerCam has a similar effect called Posterize. You can have a try if you like those images edited by it.

    There's an app called Hope Poster Photo Filter that does this effect quite well. There are two modes, easy and expert. I haven't really played with it much but it does look good!

    My most recent favorite app is Film Lab. If you haven't checked it out, I'd highly recommend it. It has sooo many different filters. I love all the black & white filters they have! This one is actually called Obama. :) ImageUploadedByMobiTog1355331826.553624.jpg
