I don't know if my issue was already addressed -- but what apps, if any, can process Tiff files?

I'd say basically any app should be able to process TIFF files. When an app requests an image from the photo library, the library itself loads the file so the app doesn't care what format it's in.

Or did you mean which apps are able to save TIFF files? On that, I'm really not sure - none that I've come across, at any rate. (And I'm referring to processing apps only there of course!)

there was a discussion around 645Pro and tiff files ( can't find it now) but if you go here: http://jag.gr/645pro/specifications/
you can get more info...hope it helps

    645 Pro Specs

    HI-quality JPEG (±1.0 MB)
    MAX-quality JPEG (4.5–11.5 MB)
option to save dRAW data* (18-23 MB TIFF, 5-8 MB TIFF with lossless LZW compression if option taken to save to Camera Roll)
    JPEGs saved to Camera Roll
TIFFs saved to app Documents folder (for iTunes File Sharing), or, optionally, to Camera Roll

Image Blender is the only app I know off hand that will not open TIFF files. I just get a blank screen. The majority of my apps will open and edit TIFFs. I generally figure out which ones work by trial and error.
