    The New Hipsta Challenge

    Welcome to The New Hipsta Challenge, MobiTog’s devious way of testing your skills with the legendary Hipstamatic photo app.

    It’s really simple; produce the best image you can in one of our three NEW rotating challenges; Classic Combo Challenge, Shake ‘N’ Take and U Chooz and you could be declared the winner and Hipsta Hero of the Week!

    This week it’s...
    CLASSIC COMBO CHALLENGE #1

    The combos:
    Combo A John S (lens), D-Type Plate (film)
    Combo B GSQUAD (lens), Ina’s 1935 (film)

    What do I do?
    • Choose one of the two combos above.
    • Produce an image in Hipstamatic using the lens and film given.
    • Submit that image to this thread before the closing date, clearly stating which combo you chose.
    • Important (and obvious) note: Hipstamatic is the only app you can use for this challenge. Images must be unedited, unadultered and as nekkid as the moment they were taken!
    Specific Rules & Guidelines for the New Hipsta Challenge:
    1. The Challenge will run for most of one week from Thursday, 17th January 2013, closing for entries on Friday 25th January 2013.
    2. After the closing date MobiTog members will have two weeks to vote for their favourite images by clicking the ‘Like’ button.
    3. The winning image will be the one that has received the most ‘Like’ votes. Judges’ opinions will be considered in the case of tied voting or low voter turnout.

    Ok let's go shooting! (Never asked that: I assume cropping is not allowed, but as no grid is provided and being more quickly shooting in standard views, I started cropping a few images and the result is sometimes better. It would be nice a cropped section maybe in the future)

    You are free to use anything that can be done within the Hipstamatic app itself. The reason I didn't include flash this time round is that very few people bothered with it last time.
