    Not sure if you saw the original I posted a few weeks ago, but it was horrible and I should have never posted it as a final product. The more I looked at it in my IG feed the more I hated it but I loved the idea of it. So I decided to delete and try again! I think this is a much nicer end result.

    This is the first try...Meh!!

    Although I like the second one best, the original isn't horrible. It has more of an abstract feel to it. The second version is more vintage/grunge/Steampunk. Good for you for continuing the process until you got the result you wanted!

    Agree with both Lisa and Robert... I just LOVE the second edit, but don't think the original is horrible - we are our own worst critics!!

    If you still wanted a B&W version you might get some great results running the original through SnapSeed...
