New update and new Tintype Snapak

    The update is causing serious crashing for me...

    There is a new Snapak that includes one new lens (Tinto 1848) and two new films - D-Type Plate (B&W) and C-Type Plate (colorized).

    I'm not sure I will use these very often, but I always buy anything new.

    Well maybe some potential in the D-plate film. Hipstamatic is crashing so badly now a days. I've almost totally stoped using it, and hipstamatic is my all time favorite app.

    I amazed at these reports of Hipstamatic crashing.
    I am still using an iPhone 3GS running iOS6 and I have yet to experience a crash.
    I have a a fair number of the snap paks installed and a fair number of favourites set up as well.
    Am I just lucky?

    Yeah, cause it's crashing on my 4S like a mug after this new update and install...never had crashing before on Hipsta.:zip:

    I had hardly any crashing incidents before this last update - not sure if it is related to the new pak or not - Hipstamatic has stated that the Tintype Pak photos will take longer to develop so perhaps the crashing is limited t0 them - haven't tried any other combos since I installed it.

    Oh man... I may never shoot with another combo again!!!

    These were all taken with the Tinto lens + C-Type film.

    And so far no crashing on my 4...

    Too bad hipstamatic is crashing ridiculously much. I manage to take one photo on 5-6 tries.

    I'm also joining the crowd here. Have bought every lens/film/flash Hipstamatic has offered. My fav camera app! But just after this last update every time I open the app it's crashing! And that's awful when I'm trying to catch a fleeting pic opportunity...argh!!! Hope they will fix this soon bc I want to continue using Hipsta! Have recently started trying Hello Camera and so far I'm really liking it. It's not like Hipsta but it does have some great offerings.

    These are great! At first I thought that I'd seldom use this pak but now am reconsidering and plan to do some experimenting tomorrow.

    Hipstamatic suggests that rebooting the app, and I assume also your phone, helps solve the crashing issue. Always a good idea to close other apps.
