You kind of have to play with the settings a bit, and Its certainly not for all photos. Jixipix, marketing wise are geniuses. Instead of creating one app that does all the cool effects they have created they make tons of separate ones. To top it off they refuse to make any of them universal. Luckily they make them free every so often and with patience I've managed to grab nearly all of them without paying with the exception of MokuHanga, Snow Daze, photo artesia oil and sketch.

I love jixpix apps! I have almost all of them.... the ones I'm still needing are snow days, sketch, nir color (probably picking this up this weekend), and grungetastic. There isn't a single app of theirs that I don't use in heavy rotation. For the longest time, their oil and watercolor apps where two of my most used. Seriously great apps and I love that they make really great separate apps that all have the same familiar UI. You know when you open the app that you are in a jix pix application. brilliant branding on their part. They are one of only a few developers I recognize upon opening or looking up their apps.

I have both Snowdaze and Rainydaze and found (partly due to the the overwhelming number of apps on my iPad/iPhone!), that these two are very similar in function and eventually opted to just keep Rainydaze and erased the other... In short, I'd say that if you already have the Rainydaze app, I'd hold off on Snowdaze till it goes on sale! :)
    Cheers!
