    Thanks - and no, we are in the monsoon season here with the afternoon rains that cool everything off - highs lately in the 80's, down to the 50's at night.

    Interesting story about these Adirondack chairs - a couple of years ago two bright red Adirondack chairs appeared on a ridge top trail about a mile from our house, positioned for a great sunset view. We imagine that they must have been lugged up there by the people who own the lot below but haven't built a house yet. Soon after an old wired red phone appeared in a plastic box with the massage "please limit personal calls to 5 minutes". Now the chairs are literally falling apart, the phone is gone, but the Four Seasons, who recently took over a nearby resort, just featured a couple of models sitting in them and taking in the views.
