    Welcome to the new MobiTog Gallery (Galleries?) people! This will be our showcase for the very best of MobiTog images (and that's a lot!). Make sure you stop by often and also use this forum for any comments you have; not to mention questions of technques, apps used, etc. Hopefully the creators of the original images will be able to answer you questions.

    The Gallery is also an evolving thing. We'll be adding more galleries as well as special events as time goes on but we also need your ideas. Add them here and we'll give them careful consideration.

    And a final tip of the hat to sdgareth, who helped focus our minds and make this long-planned feature a reality. Cheers, Gareth! :D

    If this is possible to code... You have the same look as the gallery. The person clicks the image then it brings up a larger imager. This includes the members name and what they used to edit pic. And you could leave comments.

    Its really really late... I hope I'm not confusing you.

    Interesting idea, Danny, but I think our forums already display pretty large images, along with member details and as much relevant info as the poster wants to include, especially if you are viewing on a decent monitor. The gallery format is designed to show just an image with minimal text data.

    No worries..but I really like the look and feel of the gallery. The first thing you notice are the pics...then if you were more interested in the edit or details then you would click image. This will bring the images to the forefront. Again, just an idea...and thanks for the feedback.

    As Richard has already suggested, the current Gallery is primarily to showcase the awesome iPhoneography work of our talented MobiCommunity in the shape of the various MobiChallenge Winners... ;)

    This is a start and is a fairly simple and inflexible add-on to the MobiSite... :)

    We are looking all the time for ways to enhance the MobiTog experience and have a number of exciting things in the melting pot but many options are slightly out of budget - although the Donation tab is always available to help your community extend its ambitious plans... :whistle:

    Your suggestion sounds a bit like the offering on sites like Flickr Danny and we can't ever, nor would we want to, build something as non-community based as those pure photography display sites... :D
