I saw the most amazing tree this morning with branch shapes and shadows that were too crazy to miss out on. I have been looking at the images and working on a final output I am happy with. My first success is the mono I posted in the MobiMono challenge. I currently have about 30 variations of the image in progress and felt that I needed to post some progress here. What I have created is a Diptic'ed collage of my favourites thus far. There is definitely more to come as I work on producing that one mind numbingly fantastic image. Just for interest sake I will also include the original image.

The original image was taken with 6x6 at around 7:00am CAT (Central Africa Time).
The images in the Diptic have been processed using a multitude of apps including Jazz, ScratchCam, Photocopier, Segmentix and a slew of JixiPix apps.
All this app'ing is helping me find where I want this image to go.
I am leaning towards a more colourful variation as opposed to a more vintage or darker image hence the Diptic.
I do have a stunning Sepia toned image but that is still a work in progress.

Great work...I particularly love the colors in the bottom right quadrant - I like the greens and oranges.

Delta you really gave me food for thought with the bottom right image. I have been looking at it agin and again.
Now with added Percolator, ModernGrunge, ShockMyPic, Layover, Jazz and Iris (for a resize).
And this is what I came up with ...

Lovely colors and texture! It does resemble an eye macro, Leslee, now that you planted the seed...

Thanks Leslee, RoseCat and Lisa! :)
Is it not profound that someone with crappy eyesight like myself should produce an eye macro resembling image :D

Uncorrected, I am 20/600 myself. Fortunately, my vision...at least...is correctable!
