I had to set up spending rules for the app store or i would go crazy. I can't buy anything except right at pay day.. so every two weeks, I get to buy and I set a spend amount based on that pay day's budget. So, I get to still buy, and then take a much needed app break for the next two weeks which I spend anticipating my next app spree ;). It totally works for me! ;)

    No hiatus necessary.
Just add all the apps you desire to your wishlist.
It assuages the yearning for new apps a modicum.
As you are not actually buying them ... just buying them in spirit.
    Works for me! :D

I'm with you! I have too many - I don't know what they all do or why I downloaded them other than that they were temporarily free or discounted. Some I think are probably good - ie Laminar, Filterstorm, but i just don't have the ambition and energy to learn them.

I am trying to organize them into folders that make sense, but why would I need a whole folder full of framing/collage apps?

App-holic as myself and I've try out several detox....:)
Today I'm more selective and I difficult find a new app with new feature.
I never go to the store or maybe once a month. I've got a free app that allows me to make a which list and soon the price drops or gets free I get a message.
Hope this will help you guys....

Yes we can have redundancy in Apps, and also have plenty that we dont bother to lean within an app. Like with the framing apps, which one lets you do a frame that looks sort of 3D, kind of like a box frame that you would put on a real wall??
