    Check out Green Ant or Weaver Ant in Wikapedia. She has just lost her wings, probably after a battle with another female.
    I've attached one of her worker ants of the same species.

    Yesterday when I was searching through the bush I found 4 spiders all of the same species hanging from their webs with their abdomens eaten away. Some predator had a good munch that evening.
